VACCINATIONS; All canines boarding or daycare must have up to date vaccinations and certificates as evidence.
These must be emailed or photo sent to Peekaboo boarding before admittance.
Booster (L4/L2) must be completed 7 days prior to stay and kennel cough 21 days prior to stay.
Vaccinations include, canine distemper, canine hepatitis, canine parvovirus, leptospirosis and kennel cough.
Puppies – Can be accepted for boarding or daycare at 16 weeks onwards, 4 weeks after fully vaccinated.
DHP- 3 yearly vaccine
L4/L2- 1 yearly vaccine
KENNEL COUGH- 1 yearly vaccine ( recommended but not required).
Canines should be up to date with flea and worm treatment also.
Any canine requiring treatment for internal or external parasites while boarding/daycare will be charged to the owner.
No canine will be admitted for boarding or daycare without proof of vaccinations.
BOOKINGS;
All bookings are only confirmed once owners full details are obtained and vaccinations of canine have been proven.
MEDICATION; Owners must inform us of any medical conditions and medication prior to booking. Also all illnesses and medication must be written on the booking form on arrival.
Any medication must be prescribed by registered vet, with full instructions on dosages and times to administer.
Sufficient medication must be provided for the canines stay.
ILLNESS; In case of illness during boarding/daycare the registered vet of the canine or registered vet of Peekaboo boarding will be contacted as well as the registered owner or emergency contact.
Any Veterinary costs incurred will need to be settled on collection.
All canines are insured while boarding/daycare at Peekaboo Boarding, this is with Pet Plan and covers cost up to a maximum of £1500.
Any claim in excess of this amount is at the owners expense.
Any vet treatment beyond 14 days of leaving Peekaboo Boarding is also at the owners expense.
Following conditions are excluded:
- Fees in connection with breeding
- Preventative vaccinations
- Conditions existing prior to boarding
- In unfortunate event of death, cost or cremation, burial or disposal.
Veterinary fees will not be the responsibility of Peekaboo Boarding unless as a result of negligence.
FEEDING; It is Recommended that an owner brings a supply of their own food to ensure a normal routine for there canine.
We do stock our own supply of food if required at no extra charge.
You must inform Peekaboo boarding on any special dietary requirements prior to arrival ,also any allergies.
There is no discount in boarding charges if you supply your own food.
BELONGINGS; Any belongings bought with your canine, for example bedding, toys or leads /harnesses must be clean and parasite free.
It is entirely at the owners risk and We take no responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.
SHARING; Canines can only mix with other canines from the same household with the owner’s permission.
Canines sharing, if necessary will be separated if we feel the need to do so. This will be at no extra charge.
Sharing is at the owners risk and Peekaboo boarding will not be responsible for any associated vet fees.
AGGRESSIVE CANINES; Owners must inform Peekaboo boarding of any aggressive tendencies to other canines or humans prior to arrival.
It must be written on the booking form on arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse any canine that we consider an unreliable temperament or sick at the time of or during boarding/daycare.
BUSINESS HOURS; 8am -6pm Monday to Sunday including bank holidays. Times can be arranged if out of hours. Extra charges maybe incurred.
CHARGES; Prices are charged at the current rate when boarding ,we reserve the right to increase this rate.
Boarding and daycare rates are charged by the calendar day to include the day of arrival and day of departure.
We may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Full payment is required for boarding and daycare on arrival. Canines will not be accepted without full payment.
We welcome payment by BACS, debit and credit card or cash. We do not accept payment by cheque.
All canines are boarded entirely at their owners risk.
We reserve the right to re-home a canine if not contacted by their owner within 14 days of their departure date.
